Introduction to digital video cameras & Tripods
The Performing Arts Library loans Digital Video Cameras and Tripods to current Kent State students, faculty, staff and Kent/Blossom Music Festival Participants for use with their instructional or personal projects. There are two Canon HF R52 video cameras available on a first-come, first served basis. These compact video cameras are capable of recording hours of full HD video while still being very easy to use. Compatible tripods are available to check out separately. Just ask for more information when you pick up the camera.
All borrowers must present a valid PHOTO ID (flashcard or driver's license) at checkout, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Loan Period
- All equipment checks out for 24 hours.
- Return all equipment to the Performing Arts Library desk.

Other places to check out equipment are the Main Library Circulation Desk, the JMC lab on the First Floor of Taylor Hall for JMC Students, Faculty, and Staff, and the IRC Lab in White Hall for College of Education Student, Faculty, and Staff. Both of these Labs have a much wider array of equipment for check-out.
