Scope and Content: This collection includes handbooks, manuals, and training materials were used in orientation classes for incoming students at Kent State University as part of its New Student Orientation programs. This collection contains course curriculum guides, instructor and student instructor manuals. Also included is a small group of artifacts and a brochure from a 1976 New Student Orientation program.

Arrangement: The collection is organized by type of material and then chronologically by date within each grouping of materials.

Accruals: Additional archival records of this program are present in Special Collections and Archives and will be processed and added to this finding aid in the future.
