Curbside Pickup Instructions
Thank you for requesting materials from Kent State University Library. Given the various staffing and building access levels under the current COVID-19 operating conditions, each of our campuses has slightly different options for pick up.
Select the campus where you are picking up your materials:

Materials are available for pick up Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visit our Curbside Calendar to schedule your pick up day and time.
- Photo ID required.
- On the day and time of your scheduled pick up, please drive to the rear loading dock area behind the main library. (Google Map directions)
- Park in the spot reserved for University Library's Curbside Parking (see red box in map below).
- Call (330) 672-7905 when you arrive.
- Library staff will bring your materials out on a cart.
- Please show staff your ID (keep windows closed and place ID against glass).
- Staff will leave your items on the cart for you to retrieve or put the items in your trunk (please stay in your vehicle until the staff member is able to move 6 ft. away).

For those who desire contactless pick up at the Kent State University at Ashtabula library, please call us at 440-964-4239, or send an email to ksualibrary [at] kent.edu to make arrangements.

Geauga and Twinsburg Academic Center
Curbside pick-up is available upon request. https://www.kent.edu/geauga/library.
Twinsburg Public Library pick-up drop off location
The Twinsburg Public Library is located at 10500 Ravenna Road.
If you are picking up/returning books to the Twinsburg Public Library, please contact the Twinsburg Public Library directly about the TPL’s curbside pickup schedule at 330-425-4268.
Please have your University ID available to pick up materials at TPL.
