Historical Note: The University Libraries College / School Advisory Committee (UL CAC/SAC), the primary governance body of the faculty of Libraries and Media Services, was originally named the Faculty Advisory Committee. Records for this body, regardless of its specific name at the time, are held in this series of files. 

Scope and Content: This series consists primarily of meeting records (agenda, attachments, minutes) from CAC/SAC but also includes a handful of other records, which are filed after the meeting records.

Subseries 1: Meeting Records: 1978-2010 (incomplete)

Scope and Content: Meeting records consist of agendas, minutes, attachments, and other documents associated with meetings of the UL CAC/SAC.

Separated Material: Some meetings of CAC/SAC were held jointly with other UL bodies such as LSC. If minutes are not found in this series, check the records of other UL governing bodies for relevant minutes. For meeting minutes and other materials dating from 2003 to the present, please contact Special Collections & Archives staff. While some are held in paper here, others are located online only.
